Q. What states can we ship wine to?
A. Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Please be advised this list is subject to change, in the event we are unable to deliver to your state we will notify you immediately.
Q. What if I get a damaged or bad bottle?
A. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If your wine is damaged, corked or otherwise faulty please notify us via email info@cellarstocker.com or call us direct at (425) 949-7961 and we will send you a replacement bottle free! (Restrictions apply)
Q. When do wines ship?
A. Our wines are packaged and shipped every Monday. In order to guarantee shipment you must place your order by Friday at 2:00 pm (PST). Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will move to the next week’s shipping cycle.
Q. What other fees are added to purchase?
A. Applicable shipping charges. If possible we suggest using a business address as it is less expensive. In the state of Washington, applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
Q. What is Educate Your Palate?
A. Our goal is to "Educate Your Palate" where we provide our wine club members with the tools necessary to further understand and appreciate the complex world of wine. Our club newsletter is the basis of this education providing details of each club wine including Joe Soleau and Brett Draper's customized tasting notes, winery/winemaker bios, regional winemaking and production breakdown, common varietal aromas and tasting profiles, any applicable ratings from the world's leading wine publications, cellar-ability and potential food & wine pairings. Through this education you will be able to take your sensory experience and enjoyment of wine to new heights!
Q. What if I find a wine at a lower Price?
A. We have a low price guarantee. If you find a desired wine at a lower price than we quoted you, simply email us with the retailer and price and we will beat their price!
